all sorts of dessert and savoury dishes including creme caramel, chocolate
steamed pudding, sticky toffee pudding and rag puddings. Made from silver
anodised aluminium which has a smooth, easy release and easy clean surface
that will never peel, blister or rust. Like all cake tins our bakeware
should be lightly greased before use. Olive oil and other mono-unsaturated
fats should be avoided as these become sticky at high temperatures and are
not recommended for greasing bakeware. Butter, margarine or lard will give
better results.
